1988 Yamaha Camera Bike

1988 Yamaha V-Max camera bike. This camera bike has a sidecar with two seats on it, and a very large number of camera mounting points. It was used in the filming of the Schwarzenegger movies Terminator 2: Judgement Day in 1991 and True Lies, 1994, and was specially adapted for the Steadicam, a camera that wouldn't shake or rattle or vibrate under extreme conditions. Motorcycles with sidecars such as this were often needed in tighter shooting situations, where a very large camera car was too big or not as maneuverable as it would need to have been.
